We collect personal information you provide through our contact form (such as your name and email address) and any files you upload to us. We use this information only to respond to your inquiries, provide services, and maintain required records. We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking technologies, and we do not create or maintain user accounts.
Your information may be shared with service providers (such as email, captcha, file storage/transfer, or accounting systems) to facilitate these functions, but we do not share or sell it otherwise.

We provide audio mastering services for music files you submit through our website. We’ll process your files and deliver your masters or premasters in the agreed formats. Turnaround time is typically 2-5 business days, unless otherwise specified.
You must own the rights to any audio files you submit or have permission to use them. Files should be properly mixed and in a supported format (please see our Upload Guidelines). Any illegal content will be rejected and reported as necessary.
We offer unlimited revisions - you will not be invoiced until and unless you approve your master.
Mastering fees are due under standard Net 30 terms — payment is expected within 30 days of invoicing. We’ll provide pricing details before work begins. Discounts for earlier payment can be arranged. Late payments will incur a fee of 10% per 10 days past due. No refunds after approval, unless we fail to deliver as promised.
Mastered files will be delivered via an online transfer link provided to you.
You keep full ownership of your music. We don’t claim rights to your files. We may link to your published work for promotion unless you tell us not to.
We’ll do our best to deliver quality mastering, but we’re not liable for issues beyond our control. Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us.
We can refuse service for any reason (illegal content, non-payment). If you cancel before approving the master, you won’t be charged.
